It all started with a spiritied discussion about spicy cocktails. Over spicy margaritas at a local watering hole in Seattle, I wondered how I can make any drink spicy without having to infuse the entire bottle of the base liquor. I had a sudden epiphany about making the bitters spicy and that was the birth of Swicy Stuff.
This simple thought kickstarted the journey to “democratize” bitters in a way that was previously only known to bartenders and mixologists! Learn more about how you too can incorporate bitters into your life!
